Snooze, An A.m. Eatery Nashville Information

Tucked along 969 Main St in East Nashville, Snooze, An A.m. Eatery Nashville feels like the kind of brunch spot you stumble into once and immediately add to your regular rotation. The location itself has that laid-back neighborhood charm, with plenty of foot traffic and a steady buzz that hints at how popular it is with locals and visitors alike. Walking in, the atmosphere leans bright and playful, with colorful decor, upbeat music, and a dining room that somehow manages to feel energetic without being overwhelming.

The menu is where things really get interesting. While you’ll find the usual breakfast staples, they’re elevated in a way that feels thoughtful rather than overdone. Pancakes are a clear highlight, especially the pineapple upside-down version, which arrives caramelized and slightly crisp around the edges, balancing sweetness with a subtle tang. The eggs Benedict options also stand out, offering creative twists like chorizo or smoked salmon that keep things far from boring. Even something as simple as scrambled eggs and toast feels carefully executed, with fresh ingredients and attention to detail that’s hard to miss.

Service here tends to match the vibe-friendly, quick-moving, and genuinely attentive. On a busy weekend morning, there might be a wait, but the staff keeps things organized, and once you’re seated, food comes out at a steady pace. Servers often take the time to walk through menu favorites or recommend combinations, which is helpful given how many tempting options there are.

One thing that consistently comes up in reviews is how accommodating the kitchen is with dietary preferences. Whether it’s gluten-free pancakes or vegetarian-friendly dishes, the menu offers enough flexibility that most diners can find something satisfying. Portions are generous without feeling excessive, and presentation is polished enough to make you pause before digging in.

The drink selection deserves a mention too, especially the creative morning cocktails and solid coffee program. Whether you’re in the mood for a classic latte or something a bit more indulgent, it pairs well with the overall brunch experience. While pricing leans slightly higher than a basic diner, the quality of the food and the lively, welcoming environment make it feel justified.

What People's Say About Place

Amazing! Our server Josh was such a sweetheart! He helped us pick what to eat as it was our first time here… and WOW!! He knew what we needed;) I got the strawberry shortcake pancakes… so fluffy and flavorful! My husband got the Benny (I think that’s what it was called?), pork belly, and the special bacon…he was basically melting it was so good! Josh stopped by multiple times to check on us and was so attentive and postive! Breath of fresh air! What a nice welcome to Nashville!

We absolutely love snooze and we’re delighted to find it here in Nashville. Food, service and atmosphere 10/10 every time. Gluten free strawberry shortcake & cinnamon roll pancakes never disappoint, spuds deluxe w/ chicken sausage and fried eggs with yellow bird hot sauce is my go to and hits the spot every time. I have celiac and I never get cross contaminated or sick eating here, they’re really good about accommodating allergies.

The employees were so awesome (specifically front of house) and the food was PHENOMENAL. It was our first time the first day, but we loved it so much that we went back the next day! Love love love

I was able to go on a slow day and had only excellent interactions with staff, the food was hearty and healthy, and the environment was bright and pleasant. I had the Spicy Sweet potato with over medium egg and chicken sausage as well as a sticky toffee pancake. It was all good, hot, and they had nice hot sauce options too.

Stellar service and food! Strawberry Shortcake pancake was out of this world good. The corn beef hash was good - add the hollandaise and mmmmm! Staff was extraordinary. We will be back when we’re in Nashville!

This place was okay at best, the atmosphere was quiet and the dining area included standard hard chairs for seating. The food was nothing exceptional, eggs ordered over medium were super runny and the matcha, chorizo and biscuits and gravy were just okay and below average. I’d recommend sticking to the pancakes here which several reviewers have mentioned are great. Overall Nashville has better places to eat, but pricing here is friendly and there’s something to be said about that.

Ordered plain buttermilk pancakes... Just like Dave portnot one bite pizza I'm the one bite pancake guy. Hands down the best pancakes I ever hand. Consistency was firm fluff with actual real butter and real Vermont maple syrup. . Our server was funny and sarcastic. Everyone else was tattoos or new age haircuts. Dyed hair... etc... pancakes were filling for only 2 pancakes. Also ordered the candied siricha bacon. Mild spice. But good. Other guest ordered the pork belly eggs Benedict And watch out Martha Stewart you have competition. House made hollandaise sauce. Im from texas. And I heard there are some in texas. Parking sucks or you have to pay otherwise great experience
